Account Registration

2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual player may hold only one registered account on eg66 at any given time. If eg66 identifies that a Player holds or has held more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device fingerprints — eg66 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open wagers, and confiscate any balances held within those accounts, including winnings derived from promotional funds.
2.4 Account Credentials
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their eg66 login credentials, including their username and password. eg66 recommends that Players use a strong, unique password and change it regularly. Players must notify eg66 customer support immediately if they suspect that their account has been accessed without their authorisation. eg66 will not be held liable for any financial loss resulting from a Player's failure to keep their credentials secure.
Age Restriction & Eligibility
eg66 operates a strict minimum age policy of 18 years. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all Players in all jurisdictions. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited on the eg66 Platform without exception.
18+ strictly enforced. If eg66 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered Player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. If verification is not provided within a reasonable time or if the Player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all wagers will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned less any amounts already wagered — no winnings will be paid out under any circumstances.
3.1 Eligibility Criteria

- The Player must be a natural person acting on their own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

4.2 Deposit Rules

- eg66 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts, persons other than the registered account holder, or unverified payment instruments.
- Players must have met all applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
- eg66 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may result in a short processing delay.
- In the event that a withdrawal is declined due to failed verification, the funds will be returned to the Player's eg66 wallet pending resolution.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.
5.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to Players who have registered a verified eg66 account and are aged 18 or above.
- Each promotion specifies a minimum qualifying deposit amount in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits below this threshold will not trigger the bonus.

5.2 Abuse and Fraud
eg66 actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds solely on low-risk mathematical strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, and any form of coordinated bonus exploitation. Where eg66 identifies or reasonably suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void bonus funds, void associated winnings, and close all implicated accounts without prior notice.
5.3 Seasonal and Event Promotions
eg66 may offer promotional campaigns tied to specific sporting events or cultural occasions in Bangladesh, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and national holidays. Such promotions will be published on the eg66 website with their own specific terms and validity periods. These seasonal promotions are governed by the same general bonus rules set out in this section unless explicitly stated otherwise.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By registering and using the eg66 Platform, you agree to use the service responsibly, honestly, and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered Players.
6.1 Player Obligations
- Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and must update their account details promptly if any information changes.

Zero tolerance for fraud: eg66 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering, identity theft, and other criminal activity. Player accounts suspected of involvement in such activity will be frozen pending investigation, and account information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure
eg66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, or any other conduct that eg66 considers harmful to the Platform, to other Players, or to the integrity of its games.
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their eg66 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the eg66 customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the Player's registered payment method. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player, less any bonus funds that have not yet met their applicable wagering requirements.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling may be becoming harmful to them may request a self-exclusion from eg66. Self-exclusion options include a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. 7.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

- All open wagers will be voided and stakes returned at eg66's discretion in cases of suspected fraud.
- All bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited in their entirety.
- Real-money funds deposited by the Player may be withheld pending investigation where fraud is suspected and may be released only after satisfactory resolution of the matter.
- eg66 may report the matter to relevant financial institutions or law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eg66 expressly excludes any and all liability for losses, damages, costs, or expenses — whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or otherwise — arising from a Player's use of the eg66 Platform, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on eg66, regardless of whether such losses result from the Player's own decisions, game outcomes, or technical issues beyond eg66's reasonable control.
- Interruptions, delays, errors, or failures of the eg66 Platform caused by third-party service providers, internet connectivity issues, or events outside eg66's reasonable control (force majeure).
- Losses arising from the Player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
- Any inaccuracy in odds, pricing, or game results caused by a manifest error, subject to eg66's right to correct such errors as described below.
8.1 Manifest Errors
If a bet is accepted or a game outcome is recorded due to a manifest error — including an obvious pricing error, a software malfunction, or a data feed failure — eg66 reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return stakes to the Player's account. eg66 will not be liable for any winnings arising from a manifest error. eg66 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct manifest errors promptly and will notify affected Players where practicable.
8.2 Platform Availability
eg66 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and other technical events may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. eg66 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly but will not be liable for losses arising from any period of unavailability.
8.3 Changes to Terms
eg66 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Players who do not accept the revised Terms should cease using the eg66 Platform and contact support to arrange account closure. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
